One-time · Case studies

A case study is evidence, not a testimonial.

Buyers read a case study for the number, the method and the moment it nearly failed. We interview the customer, write the implementation log, and cut it for sales, the website and the deck. ₹25,000 per study.

How a 40-store retailer cut settlement time from 2.4 days to same-day
1,300 words · customer interview · 3 numbers verified

The situation. Forty stores, three banks, settlement in 2.4 days median and a finance team reconciling by hand on Mondays.

Where it nearly failed. Week three: the integration exposed a mismatch in one bank's reference format. Here is what the team did.

What moved. Same-day settlement from week six. Monday reconciliation from four hours to forty minutes.

The moment it nearly failed is the paragraph buyers trust. Testimonials never have one.

Where the value is

What makes a case study get read to the end.

The structure buyers trust: situation, the constraint, the moment it nearly failed, what moved, what they would do differently.

The nearly-failed paragraphEvery real implementation has one. Including it is what makes the rest believable.

FAQ

Questions we get

Will our customer agree to be named?
Often not, and it does not matter as much as marketing teams assume. An anonymised case with a verified number and a nearly-failed paragraph outperforms a named one with neither. We write both versions when the customer allows it.
Can you write it from our notes without interviewing the customer?
No. Without the customer's recording there is no nearly-failed moment and no quote that is not a compliment, and the piece reads like every other case study. The interview is 30 minutes.
How is this different from the case studies you show on your own site?
Ours are anonymised by structure because voice programs only work when nobody knows they exist. Yours can carry the customer's name where they consent. The convention is the same: claim, source, definition, boundary.
Do you write video case studies?
We write the transcript structure and the narrative for one. Studio Legendary produces the video. Buy both as one engagement.

Bring the customer with the number. We will find the paragraph that makes it believable.
