Terms of engagement · plain language

What we do, what you own, and how the deal works when you leave.

Six things in plain language, nine clauses that are absent, the revision rule, the AI policy and data retention. Nothing in any deck or page overrides this one. Last updated September 2026.

The terms

Six things, in plain language

01Pause or scaleAnytime, with 30 days notice, in writing. Email is fine. Scale means moving up or down a tier: same account, same editor, adjusted scope. No re-onboarding fee, because there is no re-onboarding.
02What the fee coversWriting, editing, briefs, calendar and monthly review. Design, video production and paid distribution are separate, through designs.art, Studio Legendary, or your own channels.
03Work in flightIf you pause with content mid-production, we ship it or refund it, at our choice. This stops a pause turning into a partial-delivery argument.
04You own everythingBriefs, drafts, published pieces, positioning documents, voice library. All of it is yours. Take it with you if you leave.
05Approval is absoluteWe do not publish work without your approval, and we do not send drafts to anyone but you.
06If something breaksWe talk before we escalate. Always.
The absences

Nine clauses your last agency had, that we do not.

Every one of these is standard somewhere in this industry. None of them are here. Read the list as a description of how confident a practice has to be to sell without them.

01
Lock-in period

There is none.

02
Minimum spend

No clause, at any tier.

03
Pause penalty

Pausing costs you nothing.

04
IP retention

We retain nothing on our side.

05
Non-compete

None on your side.

06
Auto-renewal

Never without notice.

07
Exit fee

There is none.

08
Data retention

Nothing held beyond 90 days after your last engagement ends.

09
Public disclosure

We never disclose that Content Legendary wrote for you.

Read clause nine again

It is the reason the case library has no names in it, and it is a promise about you, not about them. If you engage us, you will be as invisible in the next version of that library as our current clients are in this one. The confidentiality is not a limitation we are apologising for. It is the product.

The rule

Revisions

Two revision rounds on every one-time asset. Source files always yours. The revision count exists as a boundary on fixed-scope project work, where scope has to end somewhere for the price to mean anything.

On subscriptions the loop is different and simpler: we revise until you approve, because nothing publishes until you do.

How to buy

Currency and payment

One price ladder, designed in rupees. Visitors in India see INR; everyone else sees the same price in USD. Switch in the header at any time. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. One-time units are billed 50 percent at brief approval and 50 percent at delivery. Panel costs on research are passed through at cost and quoted before fielding. Design production through designs.art is invoiced separately or bundled on request.

The policy, in the terms

Where AI sits

No raw model output publishesNothing generated goes out under your name without a senior writer having rewritten it and a senior editor having made the judgment calls.
The thesis is never generatedThe claim, the counterargument and the boundary come from your interview and your evidence.
Where it does helpTranscription, retrieval across your archive, format conversion, and first-pass structural options a human then discards or keeps.
Your material stays yoursNothing held beyond 90 days after your last engagement ends. Your archive is not training material for anyone.

The honest caveat on pausing: voice compounds, editorial compounds, category authority compounds. Pausing early, before the results compound, means the momentum resets when you resume. We remain available to continue the work. Nothing in this page limits that.
