Who writes it · the bar, the pod, the AI policy, confidentiality

You are buying judgment. Judgment lives in people.

Senior writers only is the claim this practice is built on. A claim that size should come with the detail behind it, so here it is: what senior means, who sits on your engagement, where AI sits, and why the case library has no names.

The test we apply

Could this writer hold their own in a room with your subject-matter expert? If the answer is no, the interview produces transcription rather than extraction, and everything downstream inherits that ceiling. This is the whole reason the price is what it is.

The bar

Senior is a specific claim, so it needs a specific definition.

Most agencies mean senior account management and junior writing. We mean the opposite. Four conditions, all of which have to hold on every piece.

01The writer has operatedCategory fluency comes from having worked inside or adjacent to the category, not from a briefing document read the night before.
02A human editor decidesThesis, cuts, sequence and argument are editorial decisions. They are made by a person who is accountable for them.
03No junior drafts shipThere is no tier of this business where a cheaper writer produces the first draft and a senior name signs it off.
04Named on your briefThe people assigned to your engagement are named in the engagement brief at the start, not described as a resource pool.

The comparison worth making is not against a cheaper agency. It is against hiring a senior editor and a senior writer in-house. That comparison is on the pricing page, in your currency.

The seats on your engagement

Four seats, scaling to a pod. Named before you sign.

Which seats are filled depends on the plan. What does not change is that each one belongs to a person, and you know who they are.

What we will not do here

We will not print names and photographs on a page that goes to every prospect, because the people who write under your byline should not be a marketing asset. The names, backgrounds and prior mastheads of your specific pod go in your engagement brief, before you sign anything. Seat assignment is confirmed there. Same account, same editor, even when you change tier.

Where AI sits · the policy, stated explicitly

AI may accelerate the work. It does not own the sentence.

A practice founded on the argument that judgment became scarce cannot be coy about this. Four rules, and we will answer any version of the question on the call.

01No raw model output publishesNothing generated goes out under your name without a senior writer having rewritten it and a senior editor having made the judgment calls.
02The thesis is never generatedThe claim, the counterargument and the boundary come from your interview and your evidence. That is the part you are paying for.
03Where it does helpTranscription, retrieval across your archive, format conversion, and first-pass structural options a human then discards or keeps.
04Your material stays yoursWe hold nothing beyond 90 days after your last engagement ends, and your archive is not training material for anyone.
The commercial logic

If a language model could produce what you are buying, the price would already have collapsed to the cost of the tokens. It has not, and the reason is that production became abundant and judgment did not. Any practice claiming to use no AI at all is either not telling you the truth or is charging you for transcription. Neither is a good sign.

01AbundantProduction. Drafting, repurposing and formatting became cheap.
02DefensibleEvidence. Original data and lived expertise still carry weight.
03ScarceJudgment. The sentence the market remembers, and repeats.
04The productJudgment, made publishable. The flood made the signal expensive; we write the signal.
Confidential by structure, not by exception

The reason our case library has no names is the reason yours will not either.

Voice programs only work when nobody knows they exist. That makes anonymity an operating requirement rather than a preference, and it has consequences worth stating plainly.

What this costs us
No logo wallWe cannot show you who we write for, which is the single most persuasive thing an agency normally has.
No named casesTwelve real engagements, described by sector and outcome, with identities withheld.
No portfolio linksThe best work we have done is published under someone else's name and will stay that way.
How to check us anyway
Reference callsUnder mutual NDA, matched to your sector, arranged with clients who have agreed in advance to speak.
Live archive walkthroughWe screen-share the real analytics, the real drafts and the real attribution on a call. Nothing leaves the room.
Named case filesWhere a client has given written consent, the full file is available with the name on it.
A real draftWe will write 150 words in your executive's voice, from your own material, before you buy anything.
The standing offer

Do not take the numbers on trust. Ask to see the systems they came from. Every figure in the case library traces to a named source system: platform analytics, CRM attribution, media monitoring, citation indexes, download logs.

The evidence convention

Evidence is part of the deliverable, so it should be part of the sale.

Every outcome in the case library carries a source status, a definition and a boundary.

ConventionWhat it means
ClaimSay exactly what moved. No softened denominator, no inflated proxy, no unmarked extrapolation.
SourceName the system behind it. Where the archive is supplied, it is shown. Otherwise the result stays client-reported.
DefinitionMake the metric auditable. Pipeline, retention, citations and reach are not interchangeable.
BoundaryProtect what is confidential. Identities and sensitive economics stay withheld unless written permission exists.
